Cream Cheese Pecan Pie
1 8-OZ PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 10-INCH PIE SHELL
1 1/4 CUPS PECANS
CHOPPED 3 EGGS
1 CUP LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
Cream together cream cheese, sugar, egg, salt and vanilla. Spread over bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle pecans evenly over this layer. Combine last 4 ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over pecans. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
