CRUST: FILLING:
2-3 OZ CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED) 1 ½ CUP FIRMLY PACKED
1 CUP OLEO BROWN SUGAR
2 CUPS FLOUR 2 LARGE EGGS BEATEN
DASH OF SALT 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
DASH OF SALT
1 CUP TULAROSA PECAN COMPANY’

(SMALL PIECES)
DIRECTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 35O
CRUST: CREAM TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND OLEO. ADD FLOUR AND SALT, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH, YOU MAY NEED ½ CUP MORE FLOUR. USE ABOUT 1 TBSP. OF DOUGH AND ROLL INTO BALL; PRESS INTO MINI-MUFFIN PANS.
FILLING: BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. POUR INTO MUFFIN PANS; BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERFILL. BAKE 18 MINUTES AT 350, REDUCE TO 250 AND BAKE 5-8 MINUTES, OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN. LET COOL COMPLETELY, POP OUT WITH SPOON OR BUTTER KNIFE. YIELDS 3-4 DOZEN
