Pie Crust

1/3 CUP SHORTENING
1 CUP FLOUR
1/3 TEASPOON SALT
2 TABLESPOONS COLD WATER

Cut shortening into flour and salt until particles are the size of small peas. Sprinkle in water, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry cleans side of bowl. Gather pastry into ball; shape into flattened round on floured board. Place in pie pan and trim overhang.
